Proposed Transfer of a Permanent Easement
To The Corporation of the City of Mississauga 1300 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga Mississauga, Ward 1

Notice is hereby given pursuant to By-law 23-95, Subsection 3(a) and 4(b) that Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel will be considering a proposal to declare a permanent easement interest in Region owned land as surplus and transfer the permanent easement interest in land gratuitously to The Corporation of The City of Mississauga, said interest in land described as follows:

Part Lot 5, Concession 3, South Dundas Street, Part Lot 6, Concession 3, South
Dundas Street, Part Road Allowance between Lots 5 and 6, South Dundas Street,
designated as Parts 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 43R-661, save and except Part 2
on Reference Plan 43R-29606 in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality
of Peel, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 43R-37183.

The proposed declaration of a permanent easement interest in land as surplus and transfer of said interest in land to The Corporation of the City of Mississauga will come before Regional Council on:
