The Regional Municipality of Peel
By-law number 41-2013

A by-law to reduce the speed limits on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) from 80 km/h to 60 km/h from 100 metres west of Heart Lake Road to 610 metres east of Hurontario Street, and from 80 km/h to 70 km/h from 305 metres west of Hurontario Street to 100 metres west of McLaughlin Road; and to amend By-law Number 15-2013 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

Whereas the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January, 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

And whereas, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of April, 2013 authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 15-2013 to reduce the speed limits on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) from 80 km/h to 60 km/h from 100 metres west of Heart Lake Road to 610 metres east of Hurontario Street, and from 80 km/h to 70 km/h from 305 metres west of Hurontario Street to 100 metres west of McLaughlin Road;

Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 12 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:
   

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 From	Column 3 To	Column 4 Times or Days
   14	610 metres east of Hurontario Street	305 metres west of Hurontario Street	Anytime

2. That Part 14 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting the following:
   

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 From	Column 3 To	Column 4 Times or Days
   14	460 metres west of Bramalea Road	610 metres east of Hurontario Street	Anytime
   14	305 metres west of Hurontario Street	395 metres west of Creditview Road	Anytime

3. That Part 12 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding the following:
   

   Column 1 Regional Road No.	Column 2 From	Column 3 To	Column 4 Times or Days
   14	100 metres west of Heart Lake Road	305 metres west of Hurontario Street	Anytime

4. That Part 13 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding the following:
