The Regional Municipality of Peel
By-law number 35-2023

A by-law to amend By-law Number 15-2013 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel.

Whereas, the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 24th day of January, 2013 passed By-law 15-2013 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

And whereas, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 22nd day of June, 2023, authorized the enactment of a by-law to further amend By-law 15-2013;

Now therefore, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

  1. That Section 7 of By-law 15-2013 is amended by deleting subsection (5) (f) as follows:

    2. Within 15 metres of the nearest rail of any level crossing of a railway;

  2. That Section 7 of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding subsection (5) (f) as follows:

    3. Within 30 metres of the nearest rail of any level crossing of a railway;

  3. That Part 4 of Schedule A of By-law 15-2013 is amended by adding the following:
