BY-LAW NUMBER 7-2012 |
A by-law to approve the expropriation of land being Part of Block A and Part of Orenda Road, Registered Plan 640, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 on Reference Plan 43R-33677. |
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation enacted By-law Number 101-2011 on September 8, 2011 authorizing commencement of the expropriation of the above-described lands for the purposes set out therein;
AND WHEREAS, no hearing of necessity has been requested in respect of this proposed expropriation, and the Regional Corporation now seeks approval of the proposed expropriation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on January 12, 2012 authorized the approval of the expropriation of the above-described lands;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

For the purpose of the widening of Dixie Road from Steeles Avenue to Clark Boulevard in the City of Brampton and works ancillary thereto.
The Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel hereby certifies that approval was given to

Fee Simple
Firstly: The fee simple interest in the lands described as Part of Orenda Road, Registered Plan 640, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on Reference Plan 43R-33677.
Secondly: The fee simple interest in the lands described as Part of Block A, Registered Plan 640, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 on Reference Plan 43R-33677.
