A by-law to reduce the posted speed limit on Regional
Road 107 (Bovaird Drive) from the Highway 410 northbound off ramp to 730
metres west of Heritage Road to 70 km/h and to amend By-law Number 57-2005
being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of
the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed
By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under
the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter
referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 15th day of February, 2007, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to reducing the posted speed limit on Regional Road 107 (Bovaird Drive) to 70km/h from the Highway 410 northbound off ramp to 730 metres west of Heritage Road;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 20 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by deleting the following:
