WHEREAS Council of the Regional Corporation on February 15, 2007 enacted By-law 17-2007 to establish the waste management system fees and charges in accordance with Schedule A attached thereto;

AND WHEREAS Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution adopted on April 19th, 2007, authorized that By-law 17-2007 be amended to include disposal costs for hazardous waste from Small Quantity Generators;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. By-law 17-2007 is hereby amended by deleting the references to "Schedule A" in the main body of the by-law and substituting, therefor "Schedule A and Schedule B".
   
   
2. By-law 17-2007 is hereby further amended by adding the attached Schedule as Schedule B thereto.
   
   
3. This By-law takes effect on the day that it is passed.
